Built back in the 15th century as a summer residence for Dubrovnik aristocrats, Villa Pugliesi today is enjoying a renaissance and its guests an air of ultimate calm and superior comfort. Completely walled, the Villa is a sanctuary of privacy and tranquillity, ideal for groups of people who are intent on spending their quality time at leisure. With six rooms and common spaces throughout, Villa caters to up to 14 guests, but a few more are welcome for a sunset party or an evening gathering. Only 10 minutes from the famous Dubrovnik, Villa Pugliesi in Zaton bay gives leisure an extraordinary meaning.
Villa Pugliesi has three floors. Our six suites and bedrooms were envisioned as intimate havens for ultimate relaxation. With stone walls, clean design and unique architectural details, these spaces ooze both contemporary comfort and meditative harmony. Two double rooms with ensuite bathrooms are on the ground floor, while the first floor comprises 4 luxury suites, each on two floor levels and organized around the same concept: a comfortable lounge and a modern bathroom with shower on the lower level, and a king-size bed on the gallery.
Villa's 1.500 m2 of Mediterranean gardens feature a private chapel, herb garden, pool, shaded lounge and an open grill. Coupled with two sea front terraces, the outdoors enchant. Inside, an open concept living area combines a bar, dining table for 16 and cozy fireplace lounge, while the upper central salon bathes in daylight. Due to reverent care for the Villa's historic fabric and its thick walls, an inconsistent quality of Internet connection may occur.
Your stay at the Villa comes complete daily housekeeping to allow you to make the best use of your time. Should you wish to hire extra help, like private chefs or extra maids, that – as well as everything else, from transfers to excursions, can be arranged through your Villa Manager.
